Shipping

a. Primary shipping method: FedEx Ground Service.

b. FedEx next day air, 2nd day air, 3rd day air services available by request only and extra charge will apply.

d. International orders (including AK, HI, & PR) will be arranged by requested method. Freight prepaid only.

Payment

a. All payments must be made on US funds only.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD) NON accepted.

c. Prepayment options Accepted: Money orders and cashier checks.

d. Credit cards: Amex, Visa and MasterCard.

Claims

a. All claim for shortage, defect product must be made in a period no longer than 7days after receiving of the goods.

Returns & Exchanges

a. All return must be accompanied with a return authorization number (R.A. #) and a copy of the invoice.

b. If there is not an RA# printed on the box, 5ZIGEN USA will refuse the shipment.

c. Return will be accepted only within 15 days from receiving of the goods

d. 15% restocking fee will be assented to all refuse or cancel orders.

e. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customers.

f. All returns must be received in saleable condition in order to receive full credit.

g. 5zigen will not accept or refund any return on installed product.
